Our aim is to provide a happy, safe, and stimulating environment where children aged from 4yrs to 16yrs can have fun playing tennis. Summer Holiday Junior Tennis Camps, ages 4-16 Years on Courts C4 and C5 at Ravenscourt Park.

Our popular school holiday tennis camps,  provide a safe and nurturing environment for students, providing a wide range of structured activities. Our devoted team of coaches are committed to delivering quality coaching for juniors at Beginner and Improver levels.

Book our classes for a captivating and enjoyable experience.

Please ensure your child is provided with lunch and water. We do provide water if required.

Ice creams or lollies are provided on Fridays, please let us know of any allergies.

Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

Registration: All participants must complete a registration form before attending any sessions.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place in the club. Payments can be made via [insert payment methods, e.g., credit card, bank transfer, online payment platform].

Confirmation: Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address.

2. Attendance and Punctuality

Arrival and Departure: Parents/guardians must ensure their children arrive and are collected on time. The club is not responsible for children outside of the stated session times.

Absences: Please notify the club in advance if your child will be absent. No refunds or credits are given for missed sessions.

3. Health and Safety

Medical Information: It is essential to provide accurate medical information about your child at the time of booking. Any changes to this information must be communicated promptly.

Injuries and Illness: If a child becomes ill or injured during a session, parents/guardians will be contacted immediately. In case of an emergency, appropriate medical assistance will be sought.

4. Behaviour and Conduct

Code of Conduct: Children are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and fellow participants. Disruptive or harmful behaviour will not be tolerated.

Disciplinary Actions: The club reserves the right to remove a child from a session if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

5. Personal Belongings

Responsibility: The club is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Children are encouraged to leave valuable items at home.

6. Agreement

Acceptance: By completing the booking, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
